At the heart of this kit is a 16-gauge stainless steel exhaust header paired with a ¼” mounting flange for a solid, leak-resistant connection. We include a ¼” exhaust hanger built for strength and stability — and importantly, it also allows you to retain your rear foot peg, so you don’t lose passenger functionality.
The finishing touch is our MotoCult muffler, built from stainless steel and aluminum for a premium feel and a performance look that matches the SG250 perfectly. It offers a very deep exhaust note that is the perfect sound.

I recently picked up the performance exhaust for my SG 250 from Moto Cult, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The fitment was spot on, and the exhaust delivers a great deep tone that really brings the bike to life without being overwhelming. It perfectly complements the look of the SG 250 and gives it a much more aggressive presence.
I also added the Nibbi carb, which made a noticeable boost in performance. The throttle response feels sharper, acceleration is smoother, and overall the bike just feels more alive.

I installed this exhaust an the performance improvement is amazing, I did three 0-60 runs at WOT before the upgrade and got an average time of 19 seconds. After the upgrade I did 7 more runs and got an average of 13.85 seconds.
That's a 37% performance improvement!!
The exhaust also looks and sounds great and Devin is a super good guy to deal with.
