MotoCult has done it, we made a 70mm big bore kit for your air cooled CG250 engine. This is the highest quality big bore kit available.

MotoCult has done all the machining for you so you’ll have the perfect increase in compression and the cylinder bolts on without any modifications needed.  This piston and cylinder package will add 21cc (almost 10%) more displacement to your 229cc stock engine. Not only does this kit offer more cc’s it also substantially increases the compression resulting in MORE POWER! The piston has a 16mm wrist pin.

*IMPORTANT-this will not fit a the 2023 and newer Hawk 250 X-Pro models. This kit has a 16mm wrist pin. Please ensure that your engine has a 16mm wrist pin before purchasing . Returns will not be accepted if your engine has a 15mm wrist pin. This kit is for 16mm wrist pins only! If your Hawk 250 has a counterbalance shaft on the engine then it likely has a 15mm wrist pin.

-Circlip x2

-16mm wrist pin 

-Stainless steel head gasket

-Composite base gasket

-Stainless steel riser plate for the rocker box, you’ll need this since the cylinder has been decked. This riser helps maintain the factory geometry of the push rods and reduces the stress placed on them. It also keeps the tappets in the factory position.
