That is a 48% increase in power over a 14HP stock engine. There have been MANY hours spent on the Dyno perfecting this package and now it’s ready to be installed onto your Hawk 250, Hawk DLX, Tao Tao 250, CSC SG250, CSC TT250, and many more.

*IMPORTANT-this will not fit a 167fmm-c engine. Some of the newer Hawk 250’s have this engine. Please ensure that your CG250 engine has a 16mm wrist pin. Returns will not be accepted if your engine has a 15mm wrist pin. This kit is for 16mm wrist pins only!

This package includes:

-A true 250cc power cylinder with piston, rings, wrist pin, and clips. Did you know that your stock CG250 is actually only 229cc? This piston and cylinder will increase your displacement by nearly 10%

-NEW! 16mm length location dowels

-292 Power cam and 44t cam gear(cam is already installed in gear)

-Crankshaft seal (you will need to remove your old one to line up the new cam gear)

-Stainless steel riser plate for the upper rocker arms. This plate allows you to keep the push rods at stock length.
