Stage 2 is now better than ever! We now include a port, polished, and flowed head. Stage 2 has been thoughtfully developed to offer a budget friendly solution for increasing the horsepower and torque of your air cooled CG250 motor resulting in a more usable motorcycle. Stage 2 produces 18.8 HP at the wheel, a 34% increase in power over the stock 14 HP engine. This package was developed using 87 octane fuel. Kit pairs well with slightly taller gearing over stock.

Everything I needed for the upgrade was included

Everything I needed for the upgrade was included. Looks like it is an excellent quality kit. Once the bike is broken in, I will be installing it.
The install seems to be straight forward and not overly complex using a few basic tools.
A+ to MotoCult, Delvin swapped the 292 cam for the Paragon unit at no extra charge, I was not expecting that and I appreciate it. I will be ordering more parts soon.

450 spirit in a 250 body

I actually have kind of a unique combination: the stage 2 kit + the breathe easy kit + the deluxe rocker arm lifters + a 45T sprocket. My Halcyon 250 is now essentially a 450 in the body of a 250. I was on the fence between a 250 and a 450, decided on the 250 which was great, but I was missing the pep of the 450. Well, now I have it!

Great product

I purchase the stage 2 kit about a month ago. The kit is very easy to install. At the same time I put a nibbi on carburetor. When I took the first ride I was very impressed with the increase in power and performance the throttle response was very noticable and low end power was noticeable increased.
Top speed went from 55 MPH to 64 MPH GPS speed not speedometer speed.
