about this

It’s finally here! A performance head for the Hawk 250 DLX with EFI. We only have a limited batch so get it while you can. This is a new head that has been in development and testing for the last eight months resulting in the best flowing head available. The head has been professionally hand ported and polished, the valves have been reworked and back cut, and then it gets tested on a flow bench to optimize intake and exhaust flow allowing your engine to breath optimally. Adding this head to your CG250 engine will improve horsepower, torque, engine temperature, and it make your engine run smoother all around. It comes with exhaust studs and spark plug installed.

I like it

Ordered this ported head head and added to stage one kit on a new crate engine and it was very hard to get started and ran terrible and flooded out. Thinking I needed an ECU tune even though I have stock intake and exhaust then realized I forgot to put the CHT sensor back on the head. Once that was sorted, she fired right up and the ECU has adjusted very well, lots of extra thump and snappy torque noticeable even during break in taking it easy. Devin checked up on me and I had a question about the missing pockets for the guide dowels of the rocker valve assembly to slide into, but I just shortened the guide dowels about 1/4" each.
