Welcome to the Power Brake! Have you ever wanted more stopping power from your stock rear brake on your Janus 250? This easy to install kit gives you the rear brake that you've always wanted on your Halcyon, Gryffin, or Phoenix 250.
*Please select the 250 model you have to ensure you receive the correct kit.
Kit includes:
-250mm Power rotor
-Single piston caliper
-Caliper plate
-Extra set of brake pads
-Extra bleeder cap
-All necessary hardware
-Single use thread locker
-Stainless steel rotor bolts x4

MotoCult’s Power Brake kit is an ABSOLUTE must!!! I have two Halcyon 250’s and both of them sport this upgrade. I can’t say enough about the kit. It gives you a method of modulating your rear braking pressure. Used in conjunction with your front brake, rapid and controlled stops are the order of the day. The stock rear brake is nothing more than an “On-Off” switch…zero “feel” to it. Better than 85% of your stopping power comes from the front brake but this “Power Brake” kit makes that extra 15% totally and controlled when necessary. Believe me, the extra margin of stopping power may save your butt some day! Locking up a rear tire will most likely result in road rash…give yourself great control of your rear!
Title says it all. The parts seem to be high quality, and it does add stopping power.
Devin comes through again. Great upgrade and reasonably priced.
High quality workmanship. New rotor is MUCH bigger than stock. You won't be disappointed. Anyone with a 250 needs this. Well done!
The brake up grade is good, a lot better than the stock brake. It would be nice to have a video for this on the install. Not rocket science to figure out, but a video always eliminate's questions, even pictures of the final assembly would be helpful.
