This kit includes everything you need to turn your stock 229cc engine into a very powerful and reliable 250cc beast. This is not a race engine, MotoCult designed Stage 4 to deliver smooth and predictable power throughout the entire RPM range. Imagine reaching speeds of over 75MPH with ease, yep, it is now possible with this kit.

*The exhaust for this kit is a high pipe and it fits perfectly on a Gryffin 250.

 Stage 4 Plus doubles the horsepower of your stock engine while keeping the reliability.

This kit includes:

-A true 250cc power cylinder with piston, rings, wrist pin, and clips. Did you know that your stock CG250 is actually only 229cc? This piston and cylinder will increase your displacement by nearly 10%

-NEW! 16mm length location dowels 

-Oil cooler with precut hoses and custom brackets for your specific frame

-Ported, polished and flowed performance head

-Full stainless steel performance exhaust with brushed finish. Other finishes are available upon request

-Stainless steel head gasket 

-Stage 4 enamel badge

-Composite base gasket

-Power cam and 44t cam gear(cam is already installed in gear)

-Deluxe stock exhaust gasket

-Magneto puller tool

-Deluxe valve cover gasket

-Crankshaft seal (you will need to remove your old one to line up the new cam gear)

-45T or 43T 428 steel rear sprocket. 

-Nibbi 28mm performance carburetor 

-Custom throttle cable 

-Silicon air box coupler

-Performance clutch springs

-Stainless steel riser plate for the rocker box. This plate allows you to keep the push rods at stock length. 

This kit will greatly increase the space between shifting points.

Shifting points:

First to second gear 0-23 MPH

Second to third gear 23-43 MPH

Third to fourth gear 43-63 MPH

Fourth to fifth gear 63-73 MPH

Fifth gear 73-80+ MPH
