By purchasing and installing any MotoCult LLC product you are acknowledging and agreeing that you have read and understand this form.  These parts are intended for off-road use only.  Installing these parts will likely void any active warranty you have on your vehicle.  You are accepting and assuming all risks involved with the installation and operation of MotoCult LLC parts and the operation of your vehicle once these parts are installed.  Parts must be installed onto a mechanically sound engine and vehicle by a professional or qualified motorcycle mechanic.  The engine break-in procedure specified in the owner's manual by the vehicle's manufacturer must be followed.  Failure to comply can result in engine failure and injury.  Once installed, MotoCult LLC does not warranty any parts sold and distributed by MotoCult LLC and CG250performance.com.
